ABOUT ME

I am a Qualified Mental Health Associate and Certified Recovery Mentor with the state of Oregon. I am also in the process of finalizing my Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor license.

As a Recovery Coach my aim is to meet you where you are, and to let you know that wherever you are is normal. I am able to engage clients outside the confines of traditional clinical practice, providing support where there might currently be gaps in your care.

This can look like:

  • Meeting in the community—whether you need support going to a recovery meeting or you want encouragement while eating a meal.

  • Sharing my own experiences with mental health, sobriety, and eating disorder recovery, and passing on the things that worked for me.

  • Being an extra support during transitions from higher levels of care, whether that’s inpatient rehab, an intensive outpatient program, or something else.

  • Long and short-term goal setting, and hands-on support taking steps to achieve those goals.

I have both personal and professional experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use recovery. I am not a licensed counselor, but I have over ten years experience working in the mental health field, and can offer unique support for your journey.
