addiction support

I have been sober for ten years, and a pivotal part of my sobriety has been the support of other people in recovery. As a Recovery Coach my aim is to meet you where you are. Everybody’s recovery looks different; we all have a complex set of needs and experiences that make us who we are.

Addictions oriented recovery coaching can look like a lot of things: maybe you just need someone to talk to who understands, or you need a little more structure in making your day-to-day life work for you, or you could use support finding your own recovery community.

Together we can:

  • Build your social support system

  • Craft a relapse prevention plan

  • Explore what sobriety looks like for you (try new hobbies, make friends, create a vision for your new life)

  • Tackle ways you might be self-sabotaging

  • Identify and confront unhealthy patterns that are keeping you stuck

I am certified as a Qualified Mental Health Associate with the State of Oregon, as well as an Addictions and Mental Health Peer Support Specialist/Recovery Coach. I have worked as a Recovery Coach in multiple adult outpatient mental-health settings, as well as in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program.
