ABOUT ME
I am a Qualified Mental Health Associate and Certified Recovery Mentor with the state of Oregon. I am also in the process of finalizing my Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor license.
As a Recovery Coach my aim is to meet you where you are, and to let you know that wherever you are is normal. I am able to engage clients outside the confines of traditional clinical practice, providing support where there might currently be gaps in your care.
This can look like:
Meeting in the community—whether you need support going to a recovery meeting or you want encouragement while eating a meal.
Sharing my own experiences with mental health, sobriety, and eating disorder recovery, and passing on the things that worked for me.
Being an extra support during transitions from higher levels of care, whether that’s inpatient rehab, an intensive outpatient program, or something else.
Long and short-term goal setting, and hands-on support taking steps to achieve those goals.
I have both personal and professional experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use recovery. I am not a licensed counselor, but I have over ten years experience working in the mental health field, and can offer unique support for your journey.
